Navigating Your indo3388 Account Settings
Once you're logged into indo3388, you can access Account Settings by clicking your profile icon or username in the top-right corner of the page. The settings dashboard is organized into several tabs: Profile, Payment Methods, Security, Transaction History, and Preferences. Each tab handles a specific aspect of your account.
The Profile tab is where you manage your personal information — name, email, phone number, date of birth, and address. If any of this information changes, update it here. We use this data for account verification, payment processing, and compliance with local regulations. Your address is particularly important because it's part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification; if you move, let us know so your account remains compliant.

Payment Methods and Deposit/Withdrawal Management
The Payment Methods tab is where you add, edit, and remove payment options. We support eight payment channels: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Each method is encrypted and stored securely; we never retain your full card number or e-wallet password.
To add a payment method, click "Add Payment Method," select the type (e-wallet or bank), and follow the prompts. For e-wallets, you'll authorize indo3388 to access your account; for banks, you'll provide your account number and bank code. Once added, the method appears in your list and is available for deposits and withdrawals.
If you want to remove a payment method, click the delete icon next to it. This doesn't affect past transactions — your history remains intact. However, you won't be able to use that method for future deposits or withdrawals. We recommend keeping at least one active payment method on file so you can access your funds.
- Deposit window
- E-wallet deposits (mobile banking, local payment, online payment) typically complete within minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 hours depending on your bank's processing time.
- Withdrawal review
- Withdrawals are subject to standard verification checks to prevent fraud. Most withdrawals are processed within standard business hours.
- Transaction limits
- Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Check the Payment Methods tab for current limits.
Security Settings and Two-Factor Authentication
The Security tab is where you manage your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), and review active sessions. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it adds a second layer of protection beyond your password.
To enable 2FA, go to the Security tab and select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication." You'll be prompted to choose between SMS (text message) or an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy). If you choose SMS, we'll send a code to your registered phone number each time you log in from a new device. If you choose an authenticator app, you'll scan a QR code and then enter a code from the app to verify your login. Both methods are secure; the authenticator app is slightly more resistant to SIM-swap attacks, but SMS is simpler if you prefer convenience.
Your password should be strong and unique — at least 12 characters, mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using personal information (your name, birthdate, or city) or common words. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately from the Security tab. This will log out all active sessions, forcing you to log in again on any device you use regularly.
Active Sessions and Device Management
The Security tab also shows all active sessions — devices and locations where you're currently logged in. If you see a session you don't recognize, click "Log Out" to end it immediately. This is a quick way to protect your account if you suspect unauthorized access.
We recommend logging out of indo3388 on shared devices (internet cafes, library computers, or family computers) after each session. On your personal device, you can stay logged in for convenience.
Transaction History and Account Activity
The Transaction History tab shows all your deposits, withdrawals, and game activity. Each entry includes the date, time, amount, payment method, and status (completed, pending, or failed). This record is useful for tracking your spending, reconciling your account, and disputing any unauthorized transactions.
If you notice a transaction you don't recognize, contact our support team immediately. We can investigate and, if necessary, reverse the transaction. Keep in mind that completed transactions typically cannot be reversed — the funds have already been sent to your payment provider. However, if the transaction was fraudulent, we can work with your bank or e-wallet provider to recover the funds.
Your transaction history is encrypted and stored securely. We retain this data for compliance purposes and to help you manage your account. You can download a CSV export of your history for your own records — this is useful if you want to track your activity in a spreadsheet or for tax purposes.
Your Account Settings on indo3388 are designed to give you control while keeping your data secure. Regular password updates, two-factor authentication, and monitoring your active sessions are the best defences against unauthorized access.
Preferences and Notification Settings
The Preferences tab lets you customize how indo3388 communicates with you. You can choose to receive email notifications for deposits, withdrawals, login attempts, and security alerts. We recommend enabling notifications for withdrawals and login attempts so you're immediately aware of account activity.
You can also set your preferred language (English or Indonesian) and your timezone. These settings affect how dates and times are displayed in your account and how our support team communicates with you.
If you're in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan and prefer to receive support in Indonesian, you can set that preference here. Our support team will respond in your chosen language.
Account Verification and KYC Status
Your Account Settings also display your KYC verification status. If you're fully verified, you'll see a green checkmark next to "Verified." If your verification is pending, you'll see a yellow indicator with an estimated review time. If verification was rejected, you'll see a red indicator with an explanation and instructions to resubmit.
To maintain your account in good standing, keep your personal information up to date. If you move, update your address. If your ID expires, upload a new one. These updates help us stay compliant with local regulations and ensure your account remains active.
